  • On-site Management: Provide on-site support during ​events to handle any issues and ensure smooth ​operations.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and manage event staff, ​volunteers, and contractors to ensure they understand ​their roles and responsibilities.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team ​to promote events through various channels and ensure ​adequate attendance.

Virtual PA and Administrative Assistance

- Price: £30 per hour

- Minimum Booking: 2 hours

- Agreement: An agreement will be issued with a 50% upfront deposit due immediately.

- Amendments: Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the completed work if amendments are needed, and we will ​make the necessary changes.


Event Planning Services

- Price: £40 per hour

- Initial Consultation Fee: £30 for a 1-hour meeting to discuss your requirements and budget

- Initial Agreement: An agreement will be drafted and signed by both parties, confirming the initial number of hours required.


-Payment Terms:

- 50% Upfront Deposit: Due immediately upon issuance of the agreement, including the cost of materials.

- Remaining Costs: Billed when all items and bookings are due to be finalized for your event.

- Amendments: Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the completed work if amendments are needed, and we will ​make the necessary changes.
